Almost Spoiled

Emily had her birthday party today. It has been so hot in Poway this Fall, we decided to have a pool party at our club pool (and also I procrastinated making party plans and all the other local venues were booked). It turns out the weather was pretty cool today, but it was still loads of fun! We bought some new pool toys, and they were a hit. Add lunch, cake, and presents, and it was an easy party.



 

 

When we were unloading all of Emily's gifts, she said "I can't believe it! It's like I'm almost spoiled!". Emily did score some awesome gifts, but I am happier about the quality of friends she has made here. We are so blessed and feel loved.
