| Emily chose Costco chocolate cookies to share with her classmates. Her friends, twins Kate and Evan also had their birthday on the 17th, so their mom agreed they would provide the treat bags. Score! |

| After school we picked up Sydney and went to Emily's choice for lunch. Chuck E Cheese's, of course! Her favorite part is always dancing with Chuck E. If You're Happy and You know It, dance for tickets! |

| Emily had to go to swim team on her birthday, but she didn't mind. She said the back stroke was "easy peasy lemon squeezy." Her favorite part of swim team is the 5 minutes of hot tub they are allowed each time. All the kids love the social time. |

| Emily's principal gives each child a gift certificate for a Golden Spoon. We loved it! We had frozen yogurt for dinner and a cheeseburger from McDonalds for dessert. Every 5 year old's dream. |
