Emily has a sick stomach. She vomited several times in the night and won't eat anything today. She's getting rest, water, cuddles, and Elmo. Is there anything else I can or should do for her?
Oh that is aweful! All my kids had that one night, and I only have one that ever makes it to the toilet:( I always get the pedialite (I think that's how to spell it) and of course they love the popsicles. Sorry, that is no fun!
Oh by the way Karen Larsen found me on facebook. It was fun to hear from her. P.S love the background!
Oh I'm sorry. Not fun! Especially when they are throwing up. . .it's kind of scary for them. Sounds like you got things down. . .my kids always like some 7up. That way they are staying hydrated. . .they drink it because they normally don't get it and are also getting some calories. Good luck!
Shoot sorry! My kids had that a couple months ago, I made them drink sprite and eat a few saltines, if you can get her to do that she will feel so much better! Darnit!
Ugh. Hopefully she has turned the corner this morning? So great to hang out with you both last night. I'm glad to have another great blogger with whom I can connect!

Just remember the BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast. They are easy on the stomach...also really good when they have diarrhea.
Just make sure that she doesn't get dehydrated. I'm sure you already know all of this.
Good luck...the stomach flu is a bummer.
I'm going out for an 8 mile run tomorrow. It's supposed to be 67 degrees, so hopefully I'll survive! :)
