Ryan and I hosted our annual Super Bowl party. It was "super" fun! Karen brought pumpkin cake that my family fell in love with, so I'm sharing the recipe:
Combine:
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 C sugar
1 C oil
4 eggs
Add:
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes in a jelly roll/half sheet cake pan
Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
6 T butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 C powder sugar
