Parmesan Cheese Dip

Debbie shared this recipe with me years ago and I always lose it, so I am documenting here so I don't have to call her about it again. This is super easy and a holiday party favorite.

Parmesan Cheese Dip
2 packages cream cheese
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 t garlic sauce

Combine ingredients and heat on stovetop, in microwave, or in slow cooker. Serve warm. Crock pots help for lingering parties.

Serve with bread pieces. My favorite is a crusted bread, especially sour dough.

I made this dip and the sour cream sugar cookies for a party tonight. Some mom friends from school invited me for a cookie exchange and wine tonight. I drank water, of course, but enjoyed some social time and met some fun, nice ladies. I really love Poway. So many great people here.
