Celebration!

Emily had a really fun day. She loved telling everyone at church that it was her birthday. After church she got to open a few gifts from us. She got some musical instruments, a bat and ball, some coloring books and a dvd. After her nap, we loaded the van and went to Grandma's house for a big party with lots of cousins. It was also Grandpa's birthday this week, so we had a joint celebration. Emily's favorite dessert is donuts, Jenn wanted to make a trifle in her new dish, and my mom insisted that we have something to put a candle in, so we ended up with 3 desserts! I liked all the desserts, but my mom's homemade rolls and Greg's guacamole are my favorite things at our parties. To view some of the birthday fun, click on the photo below.
