My sister Cassie and I ran the Provo Half Marathon today. It was really fun! I tied my personal best record, which reflects the fast course, and not necessarily my training (or lack of). Cassie also set her new personal best, so we were both really happy. The race is a simple one: no timing chips, only water and gatorade offered sporatically, and long lines for the busses at the start. But, it is a cheap one, a beautiful course, and close to home, so I recommend it for those reasons. Congrats to my friend Alyssa who finished her first half today and kicked my butt!

Awesome! Wish I'd been there to cheer you on! Not up for running again yet. You guys look great! I really miss you all.
I'm sure you know Hugh Mc's wife. I'm so sorry to hear about what's happened to their family. So sad. I met them once out to dinner with Paul, they are so nice.
Hey Your a runner?! Glad you found teh sight. It was good to see you. Would love to chat about running anytime. Are you do any marathons this year?
Susan
You inspire me, I am doing the Pasadena 5K next month! But don't think I am running the whole thing! There will be a lot of walking!
