Avery did great at her one year appointment! Her doctor says she is right on track developmentally, and ahead in language development. She was really impressed at the number of words that Avery understands and says. Avery's growth has slowed down a bit, bringing her to only the 40th percentile for length, and 30th percentile for weight. But, her head is still in the 82nd percentile! I think all her weight is in her head and cheeks because she has the tiniest bum and hips ever! We call her tummy her baby-pack because she doesn't carry any extra weight on her belly like most toddlers. She got 4 shots at her appointment, so I gave her some ice cream when we got home. As you can see, she got over it pretty quickly :).
